How to Apply

Please follow these 4 steps to enrol as an International student with Air Gold Coast.

Step 1: Application for Enrolment

Before you apply, you are advised to carefully read the relevant course information including eligibility criteria including the International Student Handbook and ensure that you have prepared your supporting documents. Documents should be certified by a JP or Notary Public.

Complete our Online Application Form indicating which course/date you are applying for and ensure that you have answered all the questions.

Please ensure you attach:
Certified copies of your academic qualifications (if they have translated into English they will need to be certified as a correct copy),
Evidence of your English language proficiency (your IELTS score of 6 or above). For more information please visit www.ielts.org
A certified copy of your passport identification pages.

Step 2: Letter of Offer

Please allow up to 5 business days for our Admissions Team to review your application and respond. If your application is successful you will receive a Letter of Offer from Air Gold Coast. This letter will explain the course that you have been accepted in, the amount of fees which you will need to pay, and requirements for overseas health cover.

It will also include an Enrolment Contract which you must read and ensure that you understand all the requirements. Please sign this document and send back to Air Gold Coast before you pay any fees.
You will also receive an invoice for payment of your deposit and healthcover fees. Arrange the payments as required.

Step 3: Confirmation of Enrolment

To accept the offer of a place, return the Enrolment Contract then pay the amount of the initial invoice. When your contract has been received and your payment has been verified, you will be issued an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your place on the course.

Step 4: Visa

Take your Confirmation of Enrolment to the Australian Embassy who will advise you about your student visa application and the appropriate regulations. Detailed information and support for lodging your student visa application is available from the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

When your student visa has been approved you will be eligible to come to Australia and begin your course on the designated commencement date.
